Northern Lights Punch Targets, Spring Loaded x4, 2x3 Post

Take your training to new heights this year with this post mounted, spring loaded, punching target apparatus from Northern Lights.

This specialized training tool comes equipped with 4 red and white punching targets, to help you quickly improve your punching power and accuracy. 

Specifically designed for the MMA and Boxing athlete in mind, this unique device can be post mounted easily onto 2"x3" inch CrossBox posts or 2"x 2" inch posts with the included 1" inch Adapter Block, that converts your 2" x 2" inch post into a 2" x 3" inch post.

The punching targets themselves are spaced 6" inches apart and feature both two high, inner targets and two lower, outer targets. Each target is 7.5" inches in diameter. The spring loaded mechanisms assure that the bulk of the force is absorbed by the device and not your joints.

The apparatus itself is 19" inches in height and weighs in at 33 lbs. The bracket arms can be post mounted, with the three 4" inch bolts included. It's steel construction makes it very durable and gives it the ability to take on an onslaught of beatings over time without it deteriorating.

 *** The product is designed to be mounted to a 2"x 3" inch post.  However, thanks to the included 1" inch Adapter block, it can also be mounted to a 2"x 2" inch post.  (see images below)
