Q: Can I see your products in stores?
A: Yes, we have a multitude of treadmills, elliptical machines, and exercise bikes and so much more, where you can physically try the equipment and ask one of our experienced fitness equipment specialists any questions or ask them to guide you to the right unit.

Q: Do I pay sales tax?
A: Yes.  Taxes vary based on the province that it is purchased from and where it is being shipped to.

Q: How long do deliveries take?
A: Delivery times vary depending on the item you purchase.  We are flexible and do our best to meet your needs and expectations. 

Q: Do I have to be home to accept the delivery?
A: Yes, you will need to sign for your delivery.

Q: Are the warranties valid in a gym, school, or office building?
A: Only if the product purchased has a commercial warranty. You can contact one of our fitness equipment specialists and they will let you know the full details about our commercial equipment.
