Olympic Safety Squat Bar with Handles

The Olympic Safety Squat Bar has been designed to help prevent knee stress when performing squatting movements. In addition, it provides users with a comfortable alternative to a regular back squat.  Handles at the front of the bar reduce shoulder strain. The design allows you to let go completely of the bar and use the handles, spreading the weight load more evenly on your shoulders.

The bar features a polished chrome finish and measures 86.5" in length. The handles measure 15.75" and feature a vinyl wrap for added grip. The bar is designed with 9.25" chrome sleeves—making loading plates on the bar easy for all users.
