The coated 3mm diameter (118” in length) cable is optimized for both speed and durability. Great for double and triple unders, this rope has precision bearings that enable it to rotate with ease while performing your jump rope activities.  

Adjustable Cable System The cable also features an adjustable screw set that makes changing the size of the rope easy. Simply loosen the screw set, move it to the desired length and tighten.
