    Connect to Apple Watch®

    Connect your Apple Watch for easy and accurate fitness tracking. Simply tap to connect Apple Watch to the BowFlex T6 Treadmill to sync important metrics, including calories, speed, distance, pace and time.*

    To connect your Apple Watch to the BowFlex T6 Treadmill, follow these simple steps:

    1. Hold your Apple Watch near the NFC reader on the treadmill console.
    2. You will hear a soft beep and feel a vibration when the connection is made.
    3. Your Apple Watch will display “Connect?” Press “OK”.
    4. Scroll down on the watch face to select “Indoor Run”.
    5. You’re ready to begin your workout.
