    Aluminum Frames: Aluminum frame construction is warranted against defects in material and workmanship for ten years from the original purchase date. Damage to frames or welds resulting from improper assembly or exposure to water and/or sub-freezing temperatures is not covered.

    Steel Frames: Steel frame construction is warranted against defects in material and workmanship for 1 year from the original purchase date.

    Cushions: Cushions (if applicable) are warranted against separation at the seams for one year from purchase date.     Wicker: Wicker weave (if applicable) are warranted for one year from purchase date. Fading and/or discoloration resulting from exposure to the elements, oils, spills, fluids, chemicals, or any other cause are not covered.

    Umbrellas: Umbrellas (if applicable) are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for two years from purchase date. This does not cover normal wear and tear or damage due to acts of nature (such as, but not limited to freezing or high winds).

    Gazebos and Outdoor Structures: 

    • Aluminum Composite Roof Panels are warranted against manufacturer defect and discoloration for a period of one year. 
    • Outdoor structures are four-season products, meaning that it may be left up year-round. However, any accumulation of snow must always be removed from the roof of the unit.
    • The unit must be anchored using the appropriate screws or bolts based on the flooring which it is being anchored to (not included).
    • Damage to structure resulting from improper assembly is not covered. General frame rusting is not covered.
    • This does not cover normal wear and tear or damage due to acts of nature (such as, but not limited to freezing or high winds).
    • It is the consumer’s responsibility to comply with building rules, regulations/ zoning restrictions orders or any other regional restrictions and obtain the required permits before purchasing this product and installing it.
    • Glass is not covered against breakage.
