a unique walk-in-and-use design with no
adjustments necessary. The elevated foot
rest ensures proper knee and hip alignment
throughout the exercise movement. Exercisers
can easily engage the add-on weight with
a simple push of a lever to increase the
workload.

To ensure proper knee/hip alignment and back stabilization,
the foot rest is positioned to elevate the exerciser’s knees to the
correct angle.

The movement arm design ensures that exercisers experience

common dead spots found in similar machines.
